Little wellness treats

Budget-friendly gifts and stocking fillers.

Improve circulation and help your face to feel less puffy and more sculpted.

Epsom salts

Great for a relaxing bath and muscle recovery. If it's a gift, try these or these, or if it's for yourself I'd go for a big 5kg tub.

Natural body spray

I absolutely love this “Aura spray”. It's completely natural, no artificial fragrance, smells divine and actually has real health benefits.

Healthy hot chocolate

I am someone who absolutely loves hot chocolate, especially in the winter months. I am so glad I found this amazing brand who uses high-quality ingredients and has additional benefits due to the adaptogen mushrooms added.

They do this small set of travel sachets which would make a great stocking filler, but if they have already tried and loved it you can buy big packets, refillable tins etc. as a more substantial gift.

A favourite refined-sugar-free treat

I love Ombar pistachio chocolate.

A glass, copper or stainless steel bottle

Colloidal copper spray

To use after cleansing your face. My naturopath recommended this one and I love using it as part of my daily routine. Copper is being studied for skin, and small trials have found improvements in firmness and fine lines.

Non-alcoholic drink

Jasmine making a Mother Root ginger drink in her kitchen

Now hear me out. I was actually sent this one to try earlier in the year, as I don't drink alcohol. I took it to my cousin's hen week away and even the drinkers were enjoying it. It's very nice, and it was nice to have something a bit special to drink so I didn't feel left out. Highly recommend this one.

Add one bottle and one case of mixers to your basket, and code JASMINE100 makes the mixers free.

Sea moss

This stuff is great as it's got 92 minerals in it. You can add it to hot or cold drinks, or eat it straight off the spoon. It can also be used as a face mask.

Low-tox beauty and body care

For the skincare and self-care lover.

Natural body balm

Fierce Nature tallow balm

My absolute favourite is this vanilla bean tallow balm. My kids say it makes me smell like vanilla ice cream.

Inika mascara

This was actually recommended to me by @yourmategingerkate and I love it.

Silk pillowcase

Silk pillowcases are great for your skin as they reduce friction and are hypoallergenic. I recommend these ones from M&S as they are a great price.

Low-tox shampoo

My favourite is this CALM shampoo by Green People, but there are lots of companies that do shampoo bars (I just haven't found one I like enough to recommend, but I will keep on searching).

Castor oil

It must be bought organic, hexane-free and in a dark bottle. I love this brand.

Castor oil pack

To make the most of the castor oil they will also need a castor oil pack. This helps you to absorb the castor oil and also stops it from staining your clothes or sheets.

I mostly use this over my liver to help the body's natural detox pathway, but people use this over their stomach, womb, thyroid or anywhere else you feel needs support. This is an ancient and powerful practice.

This kit covers lots of areas of the body, but you can also find them for one specific area if you prefer.

Wellness investments

Bon Charge infrared and red light face mask

It can improve the appearance of your skin. It's a bit spenny, but it is the beauty product of the moment. Everyone wants one.

Air purifier

This is something I wanted for a long time, but some of them are crazy expensive and choosing between so many brands was hard. In the end we went for this one. It is mid-range, but we find it makes a massive difference.

Nama J2 cold press juicer

A juicer is a must-have for anyone on a wellness journey. This is the juicer I have. It is pricey, but I love it.

Shower filter

These filter lead, chlorine and other contaminants in our water that can dry out our skin and hair. This seems to be the best one available at the moment, and it is very pretty.

Gifts for rest and relaxation

Experience or treatment vouchers

Jasmine having a facial with a green clay mask

Personally I love an experience or treatment kind of gift. Think acupuncture, a massage, a facial, wood therapy or any other wellness-related treatment.

A wellness book

Jasmine reading Ignite Your Body's Self-Healing Mechanism on a train

A few books I own and would recommend:

Beeswax candles

Beeswax candles burn cleaner than normal paraffin candles, with less soot and no artificial fragrance. Some people say they also release negative ions that help clear dust from the air.

Diffuser and essential oils

As I am encouraging you to ditch the scented candles, let me steer you towards a more natural alternative to making your house smell wonderful. This is the one I personally have. They do a bigger one, but I find this does the job just fine.

Shop the diffuser

Acupressure mat

For pain and stress relief. My brother has chronic pain and swears by this. I have added this to my own Christmas list this year!

Shop the acupressure mat

Herbal tea or hot chocolate

A cosy herbal tea, or the hot chocolate I mentioned above.
